1. Services

BookkeeperlyPro provides on-demand remote bookkeeping services to assist with record tracking, transaction categorization, and report delivery. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

2. Info Product Terms

Our info products include digital guides and templates. Access is granted upon completion of purchase. Unauthorized copying or sharing is prohibited.

3. Goods

Our goods include physical office supplies sold through the site. Title passes to you upon delivery.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are processed upon order. We accept major card networks.

5. Refund Policy

We offer refund options depending on the purchase type:

5.1 Remote Bookkeeping Service

Clients may request to reschedule a session by contacting us at +14161005759 or via contact form at least 48 hours before the scheduled date. If a session is canceled with less notice or after completion, no refund will be provided as work will have been allocated. However, if we fail to deliver the scheduled session, you may request a full refund or reschedule at no extra charge. Refunds are processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.

5.2 Info Products

Requests for a refund on digital guides must be made within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible, you must demonstrate that you have not downloaded or accessed the material. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days via the original payment method.

5.3 Goods

Physical goods may be sent back within 14 days of delivery if unopened and in original packaging. Shipping costs for sending back items are your responsibility unless the item is defective. Upon inspection, approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days via the original payment method.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BookkeeperlyPro and its affiliates are not liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products.
